Coronavirus cases begin to surge around the globe as Nigeria Hits over 1000 new Covid 19 cases in 2 days making it a significant rise in over 8 weeks.
This figure has posed a great threat to the second wave of the pandemic even despite several warnings by the government. The second wave of the virus which is likely to hit this December was predicted by experts.

A total number of 3,787 new cases have been recorded this month, with 17 deaths, according to the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC).

According to NCDC155 new cases of COVID19 discovered in the various 36 states as follows Lagos-210, Rivers-40, Kaduna-30, Osun-15, FCT-19, Oyo-11, Ogun-9, Kwara-7 which makes it a total of 71,344 confirmed, 1,403 discharged, and 1,190 deaths.
